If AI writes the code, why do I need you?
AI is a fast pair of hands, not an architect. Knowing what to build, spotting edge cases and keeping your data safe still takes an experienced engineer.
Who will I actually be working with?
You'll work directly with a senior engineer, from the process review to launch and beyond. No account managers and no hand-offs, so the person who understands your business is the one building it.
What happens if I cancel?
After your 12-month minimum term, cancel with one month’s notice and we hand over the code and your data. Need to leave sooner? Buy out the remaining months of your term and it’s yours.
Can it work with the tools we already use?
Most modern business software can be connected, from your accounts package to your CRM or online shop. We check each of your tools during the process review, so you know what's possible before you commit to anything.
Where is our data stored?
Your system is hosted in the UK, with encrypted backups and access limited to the people who need it. Your data is always yours, and we'll hand it over whenever you ask.
How quickly will we see something?
A working first version within a month of your process review, then regular releases after that.
Can we pay upfront instead of monthly?
Yes. Pay a one-off build fee, about the same as 12 months of the subscription, and the software is yours from day one. A low-cost care plan then covers hosting, support and security updates, and any new features are quoted per request.
Which feature requests are included in the subscription?
New features, reports and changes to how your processes work are all included. We work through requests one at a time, in the order you choose, so your system is always improving. Anything that would grow it into a larger system, we'll talk through with you first.
